EURO U POLICIES

Communication

You should regularly check bulletin boards located throughout the campus. Notices will be posted and students are expected to read and observe them.

Attendance

You are expected to attend all classes. In case of illness or major family emergency, you may request excused absence. However, any student attending less than 75% of classes will receive a fail grade and must pay for and repeat the classes.

Our Fees

Your fees have been set at a level to assure affordability for you. If you are on an approved installment payment plan, you must pay your fees in full before you will be permitted to appear in the final examinations. Fees once deposit will not be refunded.

Enrollment Fees

Enrollment fees are due two weeks before the start of any new term. A 5% late penalty will be charged for any re-enrollment subsequently. No enrollment is permitted after the first one week of class. Your name will be placed on the student rolls once your fees have been paid. You will not be permitted to attend classes unless your name is on the student roll.

Make-Up Examinations

You are expected to appear for all scheduled examinations. If you have a valid reason for not appearing, you may submit a written application to make up the deficiency within the next semester/term. If you do not complete the make-ups within that time, the Incomplete Grade “I” will be changed to Fail Grade “F”. It is your responsibility to apply with the administration for make-ups, and to appear for examinations when rescheduled.

Make-Up examination fees will be charged as follows:

Midterm Exams . Rs. 2000 each.
Final Examination Rs. 4000 each.

Evaluation of Projects Submitted Late Rs. 4000 each.

Transcript Fee

Transcript issue fee is Rs. 1000/-

Program Changes

Any change in programs must be made two weeks before the start of a new term/semester. This includes:

1. Change of class timing

2. Change of specialization within course

3. Change of Course selection

4. Enrolling for extra classes

5. Transfer of credits from one program to another

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any classroom, laboratory, library, auditorium, hallway, and corridors in the campus. Students found smoking are liable to disciplinary action which may include expulsion.

No Cheating

Students shall do all their own work on papers, projects and examinations. Cheating in examination is strictly forbidden. If you are found cheating, you will be called for disciplinary hearing. If it is determined that you were involved in cheating, you will receive Zero Points on the examination and your final grade will be on the basis of other work done by you during the term. Cheating may lead to expulsion.

Zero Tolerance No Weapons Allowed

No weapons of any kind are allowed on campus. If you are found carrying a weapon, you will be immediately suspended from attending classes at the university and will not be permitted on the university campus. Readmission to classes will be contingent upon the decision of the Director of Administration at a disciplinary hearing at which your parent/guardian must also appear. The university may expel you and is under no obligation to readmit you. There will be no refund of fees.

Zero Tolerance No Drugs or Alcohol Allowed

No narcotic drugs or alcohol of any kind are allowed on campus. If you are found in possession of or using, or promoting the use of narcotic drugs or alcohol, you will be immediately suspended from attending classes at the university, and will not be permitted on the university campus. Readmission to classes will be contingent upon the decision of the Director of Administration at a disciplinary hearing at which your parent/guardian must also appear. The university may expel you, and is under no obligation to readmit you. There will be no refund of fees.

No physical violence of any kind is permitted on campus. If you are found to be involved in physical violence, you will be immediately suspended from attending classes at the university and will not be permitted on the university campus. The university may expel you and is under no obligation to readmit you. There will be no refund of fees.
