Students are expected to maintain honest, professional behavior in accordance with the Student Pledge, commitment to Excellence.

If a student engages in breach of rules and regulation, he/she will be called for disciplinary hearing. The student will appear along with parent or guardian. Witnesses, if any, may also be present.

If the student is found guilty, penalty will be imposed by Administrator. Penalties may include warning for first minor offense, or expulsion for major and multiple offenses, or other action at discretion of the Administrator.

Students guilty of cheating will be given Fail grade in the examination or the course as determined by Administrator. Student guilty of cheating twice will be expelled.

Failure to appear for hearing will result in immediate suspension.

In certain circumstances of gross misbehavior or disruption of college functions, students may be suspended pending hearing. During suspension student is not allowed on campus for any reason. No expelled student will be re-admitted to any term in progress at time of expulsion.

Expelled student may submit appeal application for re-admission in future terms subject to discretion of the administration. Re-admission may involve a fine specified by the administration. No re-admission will be granted without signed apology and guarantee given by student of future good behavior.

Any further violations, cheating or disruptive behavior of any kind will lead to immediate suspension, hearing, and permanent expulsion of student if found guilty of violation.
